Lot Anniversary Report

The Lot Anniversary Report generates two reports: a summary report for lot balances as of the lot anniversary or free-thru date and a detailed lot history of all inductions and releases for the lot as of the anniversary date or free-thru date.

Inductions are created through receiving purchase orders, inventory transfers, planned transfers, work orders, inventory adjustments, and adding back inventory on credit orders. Releases are created through shipped sales orders, inventory transfers, planned transfers, and completed work orders. Non-owned inductions, releases, and transfers create the inductions and releases for non-owned inventory.

The Lot Anniversary Report shows a history of all movement of lots in lotted inventory, including when lots were opened and closed and their current status. The report can be filtered and sorted by location, item, customers with non-owned inventory, lot, and the item info lot info text 6 field.

When printing this report you will be asked if you wish to update the anniversary dates of lots being printed. The anniversary date is the date 30 days date from when the lot was inducted/received. If you select yes to reset the anniversary date, the "free-thru" date or anniversary date will be advanced 30 days from its present date.

This report is very similar to the Lot History Report, except that the Lot Anniversary Report is based on the anniversary date of the lot (the date it was opened) instead the current on-hand balance. This allows a lot history and balance to be obtained as of the anniversary date.

Lot History Report Fields

Location The location ID or all locations selected. Customer The non-owned customer ID selected or all (//////) customers. Item The item code or item maskA mask is used to conduct a wild card search. Visually a mask is represented by a series of forward slash marks (///), sometimes with a letter, letters, or number(s) preceding it (1/// or AB///). For example, if you enter ////////, this indicates that you want to list all items defined in the system. If you enter in 1//1//1/, this indicates that you want the system to list items that have the digit "1" in those locations. selected. Using a mask allows you to generate a list of like groups. For instance, if you wanted to find a customer whose name began with AB or a group of customers whose name begins with AB, and are within a "mask" field, entering AB along with a (system) designated number of forward slashes, would list all customer defined in the system whose names begin with AB. selected.
